Dug with Chabot. East winds carved away snow at higher elevations, causing a mix of dense but stubborn wind slabs and sifted powder from the more recent wind direction reversal to west. Cornices remain large and noted softer snow/graupel with recent hard slab on top.

Skies obscured, cleared throughout the day. Light winds at pit location, but consistent W wind at higher elevations.
