When we left the pit we collapsed the slope with an audible whumph and cracks shot 30 feet. Strong wind last night formed hard slabs over buried surface hoar.

The SH layer at 64cm was at 79cm on 11/21. Settlement.

We dug a second pit on ENE aspect 8450' elev.: Similar structure to this pit, HS 160 and ECTN16, CT14 Q2 @ 135cm (same layer as facets @ 110 in this pit).
