20 cm snow in last 24 hours (more in spots). Though snowpack is strong above old basal facets, the newest snow isn't boonding well yet, and is sloughing on steep terrain. Wind slabs also present on various aspects and ridglines (notice NW winds). Skied slopes after ski cutting steep entrances.

In the last week or two there was a widespread avalanche cycle on steep northerly facing terrain near where we dug.
