Similar test results in several other places. Surface hoar at 76.2 is unreactive. Seems to be healing slightly and the slab above it has changed a lot. With continued warm weather it may be shallow enough to heal. Deeper facets remain a concern if we get a load. They are still incredibly weak and you sink into them easily.

Moose Horn

Wind rapidly picked up as we were finishing up our pit. Transport was evident and was blowing crust pieces the size of dinner plates around freely.

N of Monte Cristo Pk

Facets have adjusted to loading. Really surprised to see the buried surface hoar. It was a very obvious stripe. Easy to find on most slopes other than south. Did not look for it on open wind affected slopes.
