Seemed like a representative location. Snow depth at Alta Guard is 97 cm. I dug in another spot and snow depth and layering was similar but I got ECTN at 60 cm.
The Solstice crust exists on all slopes below about 10,000 feet. On all south slopes and most east slopes this is a sun or temperature crust. A fragile rime crust exists on Northeast through North through Northwest and is now buried under today's new snow.
East aspects have a P hard temperature crust at the surface from 12/21. Plenty of weak snow mid-pack just not much of slab on top of it in this location.
