Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center

Pit was 3 meters wide and varied from 70cm deep on one side across to 135cm deep. ECTP13 results were on the shallower side of the pit, ECTN30s (@61cm) were on deeper side and PST was in 135cm HS.

Poor structure, but improving stability. CPST 25/100 end

Added (doubled) slab on one PST column and it collapsed/propagated under the additional weight as it was added (0/100 end @ 80cm, SH layer).
