Coal Basin

Profile dug on a NW aspect just below/at a crack likely from 2/13 that ran the width of the entire slope across several micro ridges. Test results seem skewed from the previous release of tension on the slope. On the uptrack on a West aspect three large whumphs from 3rd or 4th skier. No signs of instability on the surface before or after. Additional whumph on the second lap in the same area at about 9000ft. Collapse suspect in facets at Jan 19 interface. Facets were moist on West aspects.
